1. A Non-Refundable £100 deposit is required to confirm the booking of an apartment or villa. If the departure date is 8 weeks or less, the full amount will be due. This should be paid by bank transfer or credit card all credit cards charges will be paid by the card holder.
2. Full Balance is due 8 weeks prior to the departure date. This should be paid by bank transfer. Failure to do so will result in the loss of the deposit.
3. Meet & Greet Airport Service and Welcome Packs are pre-bookable at the time of the booking and payable with the remainder of the balance 8 weeks prior to departure.
4. Arrival Day your accommodation will be ready for occupancy by 1500hrs. We endeavour to have properties ready before this time but cannot guarantee it. If you are expecting to arrive earlier please notify us at the time of booking. Please note this may incur an extra charge for early occupancy.
5. Departure Day. You must vacate your accommodation by 1000hrs to allow our staff to prepare for incoming guests. If you have a late departure it may be possible to vacate later however an extra charge will apply.
6. Security Deposit This may be required on certain properties. This will be shown in the property details. It will be payable prior to your arrival by bank transfer and will be refunded back to your bank account once the property has been inspected. This will be to cover any breakages and damages.
7. Items in the Accommodation Are not to be taken outside the property. Towels are strictly for use inside the property and we ask our guests to provide their own beach/pool towels.
8. Cancellations will incur the loss of the deposit in all cases. If less than 8 weeks prior to departure you will loose all monies paid with the exception of meet and greet transfers, welcome packs and security deposits if applicable.
9. Changes. Any changes to the accommodation will incur an amendment fee. In unforseen circumstances Sunshine properties may allocate alternative accommodation to that originally booked. Should you refuse the alternative accommodation we will refund your deposit paid. We will not be liable for any credit/debit card or bank charges resulting from the refund.
10. Disclaimer Sunshine Properties manage properties that are privately owned. When staying at one of the managed properties you do so at your own risk. Sunshine Properties and the owners of the properties will not be held responsible for any loss, damage, injury or death to any guests or guests belongings, however it was caused.
