Bringing our high standards to Tenerife owners Mark and Karen originally from Preston in Lancashire moved to Tenerife in 1997.Originally we successfully owned a confectionery business distributing throughout the Canary Islands before working in the Tenerife Estate Agency business.Now being proud parents of two children Alex and Alicia we enjoy the sunshine and relaxed lifestyle. We decided to form Sunshine Properties Tenerife, having been subjected ourselves to pressurized sales, know it all salesmen and being abandoned after a purchase. We base a lot of our core business on Estate Agency experience and standards expected in the U.K. Our focus is to offer a very friendly, supportive, family based Tenerfie property company.
